30th May 2007 - The new compressor that you've all heard me raving about is now on it's way due for delivery by the end of the week (hopefully), and I for one am delighted. We have decided to install a top of the range Bauer Mariner 320 compressor which can fill up to 300 bar and has not one but four filling whips. This will cut down on the time I have to stand filling bottle in the hail, rain, snow and sunshine dramatically.

The compressor is also a Super Triplex filtered model which means is can be used to fill nitrox/O2 clean bottles and we are looking at putting in a mixing panel by the end of the year, which is a great step forward for the dive centre. Now there no excuse to do that Nitrox course.

28th May 2007 - You'll all be delighted to hear that our very own Patrick Hart completed the Edinburgh Marathon yesterday in 5 hours 4 mins and 30 secs. Paddy ran the marathon to raise funds for the RNLI a very worthy cause I'm sure you'll agree. I think that one deserves a pint next time you see him.
